Nancy Panganiban is a dedicated painter whose work explores the natural world and our evolving relationship with it. Her art reflects a lifelong fascination with nature’s forms and rhythms, shaped by early studies in geology and paleontology alongside visual arts.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Nancy now resides in Boise, Idaho. After a career in Public Health with the State of Idaho, she retired early in 2017 to pursue art full time—a transition that allowed her to deepen her creative practice. Since then, she has participated in 29 group exhibitions and held two solo shows, the most recent in 2023 featuring over 40 original paintings.

Nancy is an active member of the Treasure Valley Artist Alliance, Boise Open Studios, and Swell Artist Collective, contributing to the vibrant local arts community. She brings her curatorial eye and collaborative spirit to The Lemonwood Quarterly, where she’s excited to shape the visual dimension of the publication and connect with fellow artists.
